Mental health and substance use services are ESSENTIAL.
Agencies are still serving the public.
If you are a client, please keep your appointment, stay in contact with your provider and stay on your course of treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health or addiction issue for the first or a recurring time, many providers are still taking new patients. Here’s how to find the help you or a loved one might need:
Call the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services at 1-877-275-6364, New! Extended hours, 8am-8pm Monday-Friday
Crisis Text Line: Text 4hope to 741741 or facebook.com/crisistextline
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
Our offices at 1173 North Ridge Road East and 4950 Oberlin Avenue are not accepting public walk-ins (because we do not provide direct services at these locations). But we are still here for you! Refer to our staff list, and call or email the person you need.
Remember, if you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed by coronavirus preparations, and need to talk, the Disaster Distress Helpline is available for you at 1-800-985-5990.
